BIG presents: As a woman in the insurance business…

At this year’s BIG convention, we hosted a panel discussion: “Perspective Matters- do females and males experience the industry differently?” It was a heated, colorful and enriching panel. So, we decided to host a new panel, with a similar topic, so that we can spend more time on very important subjects that impact both male and female insurance professionals.

We will also have a guest speaker that will talk about important HR topics that impact business owners in CA- W2 vs 1099, changes in benefits, payroll compliance- and he will mention tools that benefit insurance agencies.
