Key Note Speaker:

Seth Sherwood is originally from Amherst, Massachusetts. He has traveled and worked extensively in Hispanic countries, including Spain, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Mexico. He is bilingual and bicultural. His mother is from Guatemala.

Seth graduated from the Univ. of Massachusetts in 1981 and completed a two-year Peace Corps tour in Honduras in 1983. He received his MBA from the University of New Haven in 1986.

Seth taught elementary and high school in Orange County for 16 years.

After eight years of delivering leadership programs in Orange and LA counties for Dale Carnegie, Seth founded the bilingual professional development organization, Launching Leaders (Lanzamiento de Líderes). His business expertise includes the following,
