was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance. This sixth annual program
was created by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group.
The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best
employers in the insurance industry. Networked placed in the Small Employee category with the
highest positive results in survey categories for: Work Environment, Relationships with
Supervisors, Leadership and Planning, and Pay and Benefits.

Insurance‐related organizations from across the country entered the two‐part survey process
evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, benefits, practices, philosophy,
systems and demographics. Evaluation included an employee survey to measure the staff
perspective. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total review. The
combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings as revealed by the Best
Companies Group.
